- If you don't have an account with us and you wish to find out the carriage charge for an item, please use the test account - click here for instructions.
- Business customers who require a pro forma should register and go through the checkout procedure, selecting request for pro forma when prompted to choose a payment method. You can then go to My Account to view and print your pro forma.
- Likewise, VAT invoices can be viewed and printed via My Account.
