Pricing

All prices are inclusive of VAT, and some include UK shipping costs. Please review the information at the head of each category for shipping cost information.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information, including prices and promotions, has been mis-published. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions and prices appearing on the website at a particular time may be subject to change without notice.

For overseas orders, all applicable sales taxes, import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Other Product Information

All images, sizes, measurements and descriptions are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Similarly, we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Ordering

The display of items for sale on this website is only an invitation to treat.

When you place an order request on our website, you will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail. Your order request shall be regarded as an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Order requests may also be placed by fax or telephone. Again, such requests will be deemed offers to purchase.

Your order shall be deemed accepted when we send you an e-mail confirming despatch. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in that e-mail to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.

All goods remain the property of MBee until paid for in full. In the event that we are obliged to take action to recover goods and/or payment for goods, we reserve the right to recover also the costs involved.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, subject to any of our terms which override the regulations as follows. If you choose to cancel after the item has been despatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Items which are despatched direct from our suppliers may be subject to a restocking fee on return: we reserve the right to pass on any such charges incurred. If a return is accepted, we will refund only the cost of the item, less any charges incurred. Please be aware that some items, such as goods made to order, are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations right to cancel. Our terms and conditions override any other. If you do not cancel your order before despatch you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.

The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Payment

In all cases, payment is to be made in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

MBee will accept payment by various methods.

• We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments to MBee will appear on your statement as LawLove.
• We accept payments via PayPal Express Checkout.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards via the Nochex payment gateway. If your payment is below £100, you can use the Nochex Quicksend facility to send your payment to sales@mbee.co.uk without needing to open an account.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards via the PPPay payment gateway.
• We accept payment by bank transfer - details below.
• We accept payment by e-cheque - please be aware that payment will not be deemed to have been received until funds are confirmed cleared, which can take as long as 10 working days.
• Cheques should be made payable to MBee and sent to the address below. Payment will not be deemed to have been received until your cheque has been cleared by our bank.
• Cash or Postal Orders should be sent to the address below. For security, cash should always be sent Special Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for losses in transit.
