How often do I need to check my bra size?
We recommend that you check your measurements every time you intend to purchase a new bra, particularly if you have lost or gained weight, are pregnant, or have recently given birth.

Do I need to wash my new bra before I wear it?
For your comfort, we do recommend that you launder the garment prior to wearing it for the first time.

How should I launder my bra?
For best results, we recommend that you hand wash the garment using a detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
Allow to dry naturally: bras should never be tumble dried. Because up to 30 separate pieces might be used in the construction of a bra, incorrect laundering can cause shrinkage in different directions, which will dramatically affect the fit of the garment.

What style of bra would best suit me?
Your choice of bra should be governed by a number of factors, including the type of activity you will be undertaking and the level of support you require.
- A Soft Cup Bra is suitable for everyday wear, providing full coverage and light to medium support. Soft cup bras come in padded and non-padded styles.
- An Underwired Bra provides moderate to full support and, again, might be padded or unpadded. The wires lift and support for a shapely, no-sag profile.
- A Comfort (or Leisure) Bra is the perfect choice where comfort is the priority. Made from lightweight fabrics, these easy to wear bras offer light support and are ideal for when you are sleeping or just relaxing.
- A Sports Bra is a must, particularly for the well-endowed, when exercising. Its firm support helps to control bounce, thus minimising the risk of discomfort and damage.
- A Nursing Bra makes life a lot easier for the nursing mother. Usually in Soft Cup or Sports styles, these have drop-down cups which can be easily unhooked for discreet breast-feeding.
Other things you might want to take into consideration are straps and closures. For example, wide straps, particularly the cushioned variety, can greatly add to comfort. Racer-back styles avoid uncomfortable strap slippage. Front closing bras make dressing easier, particularly for those with arthritis or similar limited mobility issues.
